All-over printing on technical fabric.
How it works
Under the press the ink turns to gas and bonds inside polyester fibre. Nothing sits on the fabric: the design is in the material, with no thickness, over the whole surface if wanted.
When to choose it
- A jersey or kit printed edge to edge, all-over.
- White or light polyester: sublimation takes neither on cotton nor on dark grounds.
- Photos, gradients, designs with no colour limit.
How it is priced
Price follows the printed area, and the garment must be polyester: pieces are often cut and sewn to order, which weighs more than the print itself. Small runs work, from about ten pieces depending on the workshop.
