Privacy policy
Short, honest version: we collect the minimum, we sell nothing to anyone, and you can have everything deleted by email.
What we collect
Through the “Get 3 quotes” form: your email, your city and your project description (product, quantity, technique, deadline). Through the printers waitlist: your email, your city and your workshop type. That's it — no account, no ad tracking.
Why
To answer your request: forwarding your project to workshops in the network (quotes) or getting back to you about the network (waitlist). Legal basis: your consent, expressed by submitting the form.
Who has access
The TKNP team, and — for a quote request — the workshops selected to answer you. Our technical processors: Supabase (database) and Vercel (hosting). Your data is never sold or shared beyond that.
Retention and your rights
Data is kept for the time needed to process your request, then for follow-up until you ask for deletion. Access, rectification, deletion: an email to alex@tknp.io is enough.
