How it works
A textile printer sprays ink straight into the fibre, like an inkjet on paper. Every colour, photos and gradients go through, with no screen and no film.
When to choose it
- Complex, full-colour or photographic artwork.
- A small run, or single pieces with different designs.
- Cotton, ideally light: the fibre that takes the ink best.
How it is priced
No fixed cost: the unit price stays almost flat from 10 to 100 pieces, which makes it the process for small quantities. The usual minimum is 10 pieces. On dark garments a white underbase adds to the price.
