Flat printing, ideal for larger runs.

Screen printing

How it works

Ink is pushed through a stretched mesh screen, one screen per colour. The deposit is thick, opaque and survives hundreds of washes: the reference process for print runs.

When to choose it

  • A run of 50 pieces or more, all carrying the same artwork.
  • Flat artwork in one to four solid colours, no gradients, no photos.
  • Dark garments: opaque inks keep their punch on black.

How it is priced

A setup fee per screen, so per colour, then a unit price that drops fast with quantity. The usual minimum is 25 to 50 pieces depending on the workshop. For single pieces, embroidery or DTG fit better.
